Join us for a journey of Ancient Remembrance through the lands of Kemet. This is the second pilgrimage with Sesen Temple which first focused on the Root of the Nile in the South in 2023. In 2024 we will be starting once again in Aswan, but this time taking a pilgrimage to the North as we move into the Sacral & into Solar Plexus of the Nile. We are following an initiation route guided by a team of Priestess, and Nubian High Priest. A large focus of our work is integration of the indigenous culture, and connection with the land. Sesen retreats include a Blue Lotus planting, tree planting in the local community, and visiting the children in the community.

HI, I’M THERESE.
For my whole life I have been exploring the edges of what it means to be human. I’ve traveled the world a few times over, been a yogi for more than 20 years, performed on stages, schools & refugee camps around the world, helped to build several thriving art collectives, and held space for deep transformational work.
My body of work has been diverse: Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach, Website Designer, Graphic Designer, Interior Architect, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer, Shamanic practitioner & space holder, Community Leader, and Performer.
I have recently transitioned out of leading the global community I Co-Founded called Momentom Collective, to apply myself more directly with the healing arts, and as a mentor for small businesses, artists & healers and community leaders. I thrive on activating dreams & curating spaces to thrive through unity consciousness.
I believe whole-heartedly in elevating the planet by elevating leaders of ethical & conscious projects. We best serve the world by healing ourselves, and creating from that healed place. Reach out if you are interested in finding out if we are fit to work together.

For almost a decade I’ve been co-creating events and spaces to foster artistic expression to help us come back to our essence.
From Circus Art Residencies, to Sensory Deprivation Dinners, Full Moon Ceremonies, Cabarets, Online shows in the pandemic, Jungle rave dinner parties, Plant Ceremonies and art jams. They all have one thing in common : they break down the grid of our reality and allow spirit to shine through.
Breaking the grid is a break in the grind, in the expectation that the mind projects is happening. When that happens, something very magical occurs. We come into absolute presence and start to experience time, space and energy in an entirely new way.
And through this, we connect with the people around us in entirely new ways.
When we bring a level of consciousness and ceremony to what we are doing, magic occurs. It is all about the details. It is all about the people. It is all about connecting with the heart.
